I really, really like it! As I mentioned before the fabric is just so soft and drapey the comfort level is right up there. It is a little big in the back but the pattern would be very easy to grade down because I see some more of these in the future - this pattern would be fabulous for an evening get up - satin for the sleeves and placket and maybe a crepe for the body?And don't you just LOVE patterns with excellent directions and clear diagrams? Makes sewing even more of a joy!

Seems like creating is contagious - here is Siena tracing a pattern for a skirt, she said; "I want it to look like yours mum, just not so long!" I can foresee some battles on the hem front can't you?

Lovely top. The fabric drapes really well. I'll have to dig out my fabric and take to it with a pair of scissors!
Yay for you! It looks gorgeous. I am so glad one of my old patterns found such a lovely home and was transformed so beautifully.
