Eva started pre school today, pre school! She has been going to family day care for a year now, but that is with 4 other kids, in a mum's house, nice and intimate. Today she is at a centre with 15 other kids and 2
teachers, teachers!!

Was she excited? You bet she was, taking after the likes of her older siblings not a tear was shed, not even a backwards glance. I think I heard her say "bye mum" as she ran off to the play area.

Oh Eva, when did you get big, when did you want to carry your own bag, when were you ever so interested in what I made you for lunch? Was I sleeping? I hope I haven't been too busy to appreciate you getting so strong and independant, wanting to impress your sisters with your confidence and know-how!

Oh boy, how they love you.
Have a wonderful and happy day.

Congratulations. I hope she has a great day! I almost forgot to say I love the blouse you posted about, that vintage pattern looks fab.
That is so sweet! Good for her. It shows that you are helping her to become a self confident little girl and she must feel very secure in the knowledge that you will be back for her soon!
The morning my daughter started preschool she asked if I would just drop her off :-). As if!
Oh how gorgeous! I just adore the expression on her face in the second last photo! That bag is pretty amazing too. I'm sure she'll have the best time.
She's so, so big now. . . why do they have to grow up so fast? Her shining face is just priceless!
(That bag is amazing. I say that a lot here, don't I?)

What a wonderful milestone - so many fun games and learning ahead. So many new friends to make.
What a big day!
Wow - this totally got me all chocked up! My little one just took her first steps last week, and I can't even imagine her first day at school! Guess I better enjoy that itty bitty girl while I can! Thanks for sharing.
That is so cute! Congratulations on the big day, it is a big milestone. (almost more than the first day of school in a way.)
