Eva - follow up

Eva is doing much better today. Thankfully her heart is not to blame for this current sickness (I realise how completely unprepared I was to go through all that again)!

She has a bacterial lung infection and is on IV antibiotics. Not sure when she will be home but she is going to be fine, that's all that matters.

Thank you for all your support. I can't wait to show Andrew all your comments, he will be so chuffed.

OMG Soph, I am SO relieved to hear that things are looking better for Eva. Your stats must be sky high, I've been clicking a thousand times a day to see if you've been able to update!

I'll still be sending positive thoughts for a speedy recovery. Look after yourself and your little whirlwind! xxx

Oh thank goodness, have been thinking of you. Best wishes for a speedy, speedy recovery (I'm sure she'll be back to squeezing out all the toothpaste in no time).

I've been thinking of you and hoping all was going well. I am glad to read that her heart isn't related to her current illness but I am a little shaken to realise that this is something that you will always have to think about and have as a concern. Children are so frail when they fall ill and she has an extra weakness on top of that. You need extra reserves of mama-strength to deal with stuff like that.
I hope she's off the iv and back home with you all soon!

So glad to hear that it wasn't the worse option. I am sure she will be back and running around nude in no time. We sent her up a little package today so you should get it tomorrow - hope it brings a smile to her face. Love you all
