it was too easy!

Well, thanks for all the awesome ideas for the formula tin. I am kicking myself that I have let so many go without even attempting to do something with them. Unfortunately I didn't really have the right materials, I really lack in the ribbon/trim department and I had no plain white cardboard only printed stuff from the recycling bin so all the print tended to show through the fabric but it's all learning right? I also think the glue I used was too heavy, I might try a glue stick next time. I am so new to this kind of crafting so I have very little supplies and I am just going to experiment with what works.

I also think these tins would be so awesome for presents, especially if there are many components to a gift. So excited about doing some more.

The other thing that was too easy was making a fairy outfit for Lucia. Can you believe that I have 3 daughters and I have NEVER made any kind of costume before, ever!! Feeling mightily ashamed of that fact, as this little ensemble was so easy to knock up and Lucia completely digs it. She has been trying to flap off to the fairy kingdom all morning (using the trampoline as a launch pad!).
