Dang nabbit

I left my shitty poor excuse for a camera at my sister's house. I really wanted to take some pictures of the seriously cute pencil cases I have made for Siena and Lucia. Picture this; gray canvas fabric with white poodles donning huge pink bows around their necks! I know, too cute for words! I thought Siena would scoff, but she ended up digging it and told all her friends proudly that her mum made it!! Lucia is still concerned about the amount of gray material but I am glamming her's up with some pink grosgrain ribbon to try and combat the gray issue.

Anyhoo, here is a cute pic of Ellie's birthday card. I really and liking making these sewn on cards.

My only issue is precision. You really can't be unpicking too many times, cardboard is unforgiving that way, too much unpicking makes huge unsightly holes in your card and it ends up looking like a dog's breakfast. Andrew made the birdie template for me. I love it's nice fat belly and cute little tail.

Hopefully get my camera soon or it's gonna be photo reminicing time over here...
